Job summary

Mubadala is seeking a Senior Associate, Platform Communications to support the development and implementation of communications plans aligned with the business platform’s requirements. The role involves coordinating Mubadala’s communications activities across the unit and other platform teams.

The ideal candidate has experience in communications within large organizations, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and deep knowledge of the UAE market and regulatory context.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications within large-scale organizations or multi-sector operations.
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and media relations in local, regional, or international markets.
• Knowledge of UAE market, culture, regulatory landscape, and business practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and contribute to Mubadala’s communications activities across units and platforms.
• Coordinate and manage communications initiatives including PR, crisis comms, leadership profiling, events, sponsorships, internal comms and government relations.
