Job summary

PulseHire HR Middle East is assisting a leading UAE healthcare provider to recruit a Consultant Plastic Surgeon. The role focuses on aesthetic, reconstructive, and related procedures within a multidisciplinary clinical setting for a diverse international patient population.

The ideal candidate will hold recognised specialist qualifications and demonstrate strong communication, safety standards, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Recognised consultant-level plastic surgery qualifications.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, international patient setting.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, ethics and governance.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients across aesthetic, reconstructive, hand, trauma, breast or soft-tissue procedures.
• Perform surgical and non-surgical interventions with patient-centered counselling.
• Lead perioperative planning, consent, and follow-up outcomes.
• Collaborate with dermatology, oncology, orthopedics, ENT, maxillofacial and rehab teams.
• Maintain high standards of documentation, photography and patient confidentiality.
• Support service growth through education, quality improvement and governance.
