Qualifications

• 10+ years planning experience.
• Main contractor building background.
• Experience as a Planning Manager on Build Projects.
• Based in the UAE with UAE experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning team across a portfolio of building projects.
• Prepare tender and baseline programmes.
• Monitor progress and control programmes through to handover.
• Prepare delay analysis and support extension of time claims.
• Report programme status to senior management and clients.
• Coordinate with commercial, design and site teams.
