About Your Team

You will report to the General Manager of ALEC FITOUT, working closely with the Project Controls and Construction Management teams. You’ll oversee planners assigned across multiple high-end fit-out projects based in Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring high-performance delivery aligned with project goals.

Your Role

As a Senior Planning Manager, you will:

• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, establish critical paths, and manage resource allocations.
• Set up activities, coding structures, milestone schedules, and project calendars with construction teams.
• Monitor site progress, record actuals, prepare progress reports, and highlight potential bottlenecks.
• Conduct delay analysis and collaborate with construction managers to suggest recovery actions.
• Coordinate subcontractor programmes ensuring alignment with project master schedules.
• Mentor, train, and manage the Planning Team, ensuring high standards of delivery.
• Lead overall planning reporting to senior management, highlighting risks and proposing solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Planning Engineer or Manager, with a strong background in luxury fit-out projects.
• Knowledge: Proficient in Primavera (P6), MS Project, MS Office, and CCS.
• Expertise: Strong project controls, scheduling, resource planning, and delay analysis experience.
• Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Location: Willingness to be based full-time in Ras Al Khaimah.
