Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable and recognized university.
• Relevant experience in oil & gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide input for preparation of the budgets for Capital Projects and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver project objectives.
• Review and prepare summary schedules for new projects to facilitate management decisions on the most effective strategy.
• Develop project planning progress measurement and reporting; incorporate into tenders/agreements (PreFEED/FEED/PMC/EPC).
• Technical/Resources evaluation.
• Participate in evaluating technical bids and finalize relevant agreement documents after award.
• Review submittals from PreFEED/FEED/PMC/EPC contractors during implementation for planning, scheduling, reporting, risk and productivity.

Education
