Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of planning and scheduling experience across infrastructure works including stormwater, roads, sewerage, and utilities.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi engineering registration requirements or UAE equivalency is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction industry practices, processes, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and provide comments on contractors' baseline schedules in line with contract requirements.
• Validate project resource allocations to ensure realistic and achievable timelines.
• Conduct What-If analysis to assess time impacts from variations or changes.
• Prepare progress dashboards and monthly reports for management.
• Evaluate contractor time claims using accepted delay analysis methods.
