Job summary

The role requires 8–12 years in construction planning, with at least 4+ years managing civil/structural scope of high-rise towers. Expert Primavera P6 skills and strong Excel data analysis are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 8–12 years in construction planning with at least 4+ years managing civil/structural scope of high-rise towers.
• Expert Primavera P6 and data analysis using MS Excel; 4D BIM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop master baselines (Level 3/4 schedules) using Primavera P6 for civil and structural works.
• Design and optimize vertical structural cycles and sequencing for towers.
• Schedule deep basements, shoring, piling, and the transition to superstructure vertical columns.
• Integrate architectural finishes, blockwork, and facade installations into the structural sequence.
• Produce weekly/monthly civil progress reports and EVM-based productivity analyses.
