The role involves planning, monitoring, claims, risks, and contracts, acting as a client representative and overseeing baseline programs for master developments and EPC contracts.

The candidate should be proficient in Primavera or MS Project, ready for immediate joining,

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of work experience in planning for residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use developments.
• Experience in Villa Developments, Master Developments and Buildings Construction in UAE/Gulf Region.

Responsibilities

• Planning/ Monitoring/ Claims/ Risks & Contracts functions as Client Representative.
• Review, analyze & control Master Development / EPC / Contractor Baseline programs.
• Prepare & analyze Risk / Recovery schedules & highlight top management with upcoming Risks & Impacts.
• Analyze & monitor Baseline / Recovery / Weekly / Monthly programs & reports for contractors & sub-contractors.
• Analyze EOT Claims for Contractors & responding to all contractual proceedings.
• Prepare MIS reports and Project dashboards (KPI) for Top Management Reporting.
• Monitor & control Design/Procurement tasks; prepare Project cost control deliverables (Cash flow, S-curve).
• Analyze and monitor site progress using database management.
• Develop & monitor look-ahead schedules for Project execution & Procurement management.
• Draft contractual correspondence related to Progress, Time, and Contracts issues.
