Job Specific Accountabilities

Projects Planning

1. Provide input for preparing budgets for Capital Projects and assist in implementing the approved budgets and work plans to achieve project objectives. Investigate and highlight significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.
2. Review and prepare summary schedules for new projects based on alternative execution strategies to aid management decision-making regarding the most effective approach.
3. Develop project-specific planning, progress measurement, reporting, and other control requirements, integrating them into the respective tenders and agreements for various project phases (Pre-FEED, FEED, PMC, EPC).
4. Technical / Resources Evaluation
5. Participate in evaluating technical bids from consultants and contractors (PMC, Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC) to ensure compliance with requirements, assess resource adequacy, and review relevant parts of the evaluation report and agreement documentation post-award.
6. Review and analyze all submittals during project implementation related to planning, scheduling, progress measurement, reporting, schedule risk analysis, and productivity, considering contractual requirements, project priorities, and plant shutdown needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable and recognized university.

Experience

• Relevant experience in the oil & gas industry.
