Job Description

1. Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6.

2. Monitor project progress and coordinate with site teams, contractors, and consultants.

3. Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

4. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports as per project and client requirements.

5. Cash and Resources loading to the programme to generate the Manpower histogram and anticipated Cash flow , and S-Curve with outstanding skills in using MS Excel

6. Customize reports on project status, delays, KPI & recovery plans.

7. Ensure compliance with project timelines and client requirements.

8. Assist in planning and allocation of resources, materials, and logistics for efficient project execution.

9. Prepare claims in accordance with contractual obligations.

10. Conduct delay analysis with strong technical understanding to support the prepared claims

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE/GCC.
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other planning software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project timelines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
