Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Planning Engineer (Civil) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry with an Infrastructure and Building background. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of TILOS Software and a proven track record in project planning, scheduling, and coordination. Responsibilities:

• Baseline programmer preparation (Resource, cost & weightage loaded)
• Monitor, track, update & preparation of Weekly/Monthly reports & presentations (Internal & External). Review of reports prepared by planners.
• Prepare daily, weekly, & monthly look ahead plans & targets in terms of quantity & resources
• Prepare cash flow & resource forecast for the project (quarterly)
• Prepare Notices, EOT claims & perform Delay Analysis.
• Conduct project status review meetings periodically and other planning related deliverables.
• Capable of working & leading a team independently to attend all planning related deliverables of the assigned projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction sequences & resource requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling, with a focus on large-scale projects
• Proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Experience in both large-scale and small-scale construction projects is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
