Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment on timelines.
• Analyze project progress and performance, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present planning reports, dashboards, and forecasts to senior management and clients.
• Lead planning efforts during tendering, execution, and close-out phases of projects.
• Integrate cost and resource data into schedules for earned value analysis.
• Conduct delay analysis and support claims preparation when required.
• Mentor junior planners and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes
• Strong understanding of project management principles and construction methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills of the Candidate:

• Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects.
• Knowledge of contract management and claims.
• Familiarity with BIM and 4D planning.
• Certification in PMP or PMI-SP is a plus.
