Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Support in developing unit plot plans and equipment layouts for WHP, process platforms, and FPSO.
2. Piping and equipment modeling of pumps, heat exchangers, knockout drums, moisture separators, air coolers, PSV, flare headers, vessels, drums, and pipe rack piping.
3. Perform MTO and G.A, extraction, clash detection, and resolution.
4. Extract stress isometrics, update lines based on stress department feedback, model updates, and client review tags.
5. Check stress isometrics and 3D models.
6. Conduct concept layout studies, MTO, vendor package reviews, and optimization studies.
7. Knowledge of support modeling using MDS.
8. Involved in iso extraction/checking, back drafting, and project releases.
9. Exposure to special support drafting.
10. Support 3D modeling of piping, equipment, and structural skids with safety and maintenance considerations.
11. Proficient in piping isometric spool drawings, MTO, and vessel trim.
12. Create nozzle elevation and orientation drawings for tanks and equipment.
13. Expertise in piping design for various systems including pump piping, column piping, pipe racks, heat exchangers, tanks, air coolers, and compressors.
14. Check isometrics against P&ID, hookup, piping material specifications, and line list.
15. Prepare and review piping layouts, isometrics, equipment layouts, plot plans, emergency escape layouts, nozzle orientations, underground coordination plans, line lists, and critical line lists.
