KBR Inc. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior Piping Construction Manager to lead all piping construction activities from fabrication through mechanical completion on ADNOC-scale projects.

The role requires 20+ years in piping construction, extensive knowledge of oil and gas codes, and proven ability to manage large multicultural teams, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
• 10+ years as Piping Construction Manager within Oil & Gas projects.
• Proven experience in Construction project execution.
• Experience managing large multicultural construction teams.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage all piping construction activities from fabrication through mechanical completion.
• Develop and implement construction execution plans, work packs, and installation methodologies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary construction activities with Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams.
• Ensure piping activities are executed according to project specifications, approved drawings, and procedures.
• Monitor construction progress and implement recovery plans when required.
• Interface with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.
• Support commissioning and handover activities to ensure smooth system start-up.
