Job summary

Julphar in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Pharmacovigilance professional to support ICSR reporting, author RMP and PSURs, and provide PV training across staff. You will enter data, track safety concerns, and coordinate with the MOH portal for submissions.

The role requires a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, 3–5 years of experience in pharma/healthcare, strong English skills, and proficiency in MS Office; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4 years bachelor’s degree in pharmacy / any equivalent field.
• At least 3-5 year’ experience in similar organization in pharma / Health care / Medical Industry.
• Good in communicative English (communicating, writing and speaking) is mandatory and Arabic as advantage.
• Excellent in MS office (MS Excel and MS Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Complete and understand the assigned trainings.
• Track local literature journals as per RA-02-014.
• Reporting of safety concerns, ICSR to PV unit.
• Authoring RMP, PSURs.
• Provide basic Pharmacovigilance training to PV and non-PV staff.
• ICSR data entry and submission through MOH portal.
