Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC in the UAE is seeking an experienced Permit Coordinator to drive permitting for major Oil & Gas EPC projects. You will manage PTW, authority permits, and client approvals to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and project requirements.

You will liaise with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities, maintain permit registers, monitor renewals, and produce regular status reports to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of PTW systems and HSE procedures.
• Experience with UAE permitting regulations and authority requirements.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation, submission, approval, tracking, and closure of all PTWs.
• Process and manage permits required by local authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all permits, approvals, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly permit status reports.
• Serve as the focal point for all permit-related communications.
