Job description

We are looking to hire a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate will manage and optimize our multichannel campaigns. By leveraging the full range of digital marketing approaches, they will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage ad network accounts, making daily adjustments
  2. Report on conversion metrics across our multichannel campaigns
  3. Plan media buying campaigns, including daily budgets and expected results
  4. Specify important tracking events and collaborate with our technical team to validate their accuracy
  5. Coordinate with the content team to ensure appropriate formats and messaging for digital campaigns
  6. Identify opportunities for system, process, practice improvements, cost reduction, and increased productivity
  7. Work with data analysts to optimize campaign efficiency as we scale
  8. Collaborate with senior management to shape the long-term digital marketing strategy
  9. Explore marketing mix modeling and other data-driven approaches with data analysts
  10. Investigate and implement automation techniques, especially in Google Ads
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3 to 6 years of digital marketing experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience managing multichannel campaigns in Egypt
  • Experience with app campaigns
  • Good understanding of multi-touch attribution models
