Senior Performance Manager

We are looking for a Senior Performance Manager to join our Office in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of digital and social media marketing and be able to translate a client's business objectives into a digital strategy with solid execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day digital senior client contact and own performance strategy and delivery in collaboration with the specialist in-house team.
• Mentor the performance team with insightful developmental feedback to team members and colleagues with periodic reviews.
• Lead on the performance manager tools and update progress within the Performance section.
• Input into campaign strategy both at the briefing, proposal, and reporting stages. Ensure timely campaign reporting.
• Manage, track, optimize, and report campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media, YouTube, audio, native, and other programmatic platforms.
• Consistently exceed campaign KPIs and provide performance-related commentary of campaigns via the dashboard.
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Pay attention to detail when setting up campaigns, documenting performance, changes, optimizations, and insights on the dashboard.
• Ensure timely campaign setup, assist in trafficking, and run campaigns on time, within budget, and exceeding campaign KPIs.
• Conduct daily campaign reviews, optimizations, strategy changes, A/B testing, and campaign management.
• This is a multi-skilled role and requires understanding and running multiple platforms.
• Ensure strong day-to-day task delegation to manage workloads and pressures effectively.
• Foster a culture of results, innovation, and quality assurance within the company.
• Lead on representing the brand's values, culture, approach, and dedication to internal training.
• Represent the agency at industry/client events.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team with copywriters and designers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
• Facilitate communication between the clients and the team by responding to queries, getting reviews, and organizing chats.
• Design effective social media marketing strategies for achieving the company's marketing goals.
• Be familiar with social media analytics metrics and resources.
• Record social media analytics and perform forecasting for marketing to achieve sales objectives.
• Support digital campaigns that have social media components.

Requirements and skills

• 4 years of experience across a variety of programmatic DSPs and platforms.
• Prepared to constantly up-skill and keep abreast of changing technology.
• Minimum five years of experience as a social media strategist or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media channels and tools.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
• Experience with social media advertising and managing social media campaigns.
• MA degree in Marketing or a similar relevant field.
