Arcus Search has partnered with a leading organization in Dubai, which is seeking a Senior Performance Manager. The organization is undergoing a transformation towards becoming a Data & AI-driven entity, necessitating an evolution in executive roles and measurement methods.

Role: Senior Performance Manager

Location: Dubai, with hybrid working options

The role:

This position will be responsible for managing performance scorecards for the Group's Executive Leaders, from VPs to EVPs. The focus is on providing fresh perspectives, developing new KPIs, and analyzing strategies to add value to an already well-performing business unit. It is not about revamping existing solutions or building new tools.

This is an individual contributor role with influence, supported by resources to foster innovative ideas.

• Expertise in managing Balance Scorecards for Senior Executives
• Experience in leveraging Data & AI within KPIs
• An innovative thinker
• A strong personality capable of challenging the status quo
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
