Salary: 40,000 - 90,000 AED per month (DOE)

The organisation is going through huge transformation, across Digital, AI, Advanced Technologies, and as such the Executives roles are evolving and the way they are measuring them needs to adapt. The role:

This role will be responsible for managing the performance & scorecards for the Groups Executive Leaders, from VP s to EVP s, within the group.

It is not to revamp the solution, or build new tools, but more to offer a fresh perspective, come up with new KPIs, and analyse the strategy essentially add value to an already well performing business unit.

This will be an Individual Contributor role with influence, but they are committed to providing resources for you to deliver innovative ideas.

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 10 years experience
• Expert in Scorecards & KPIs
• An innovative thinker
• A strong personality someone who can challenge the status Quo
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar
