Job Purpose
Implementation and continuous improvement of ENEC, Nawah and BOC’s Performance Management Framework. Support the development of a uniform approach to measure performance and provide guidance to institutionalize the approach.

Performance Management Framework
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Develop, monitor, and report the performance management scorecards within Nawah, ENEC and BOC.
- Development of Corporate Performance Scorecards.
- Identify Performance Indicators for their departmental objectives/priorities, projects, and key processes.
- Support to include Operational PIs, WANO KPIs, Shared KPIs, PIs for their functions, key process, projects/initiatives.
- Review the Performance Scorecard on a bi-annual basis (mid-year and end of year).
- Escalate Performance Scorecards developed for the Divisional ENEC and Nawah Focal Points and submit to the respective Vice President / Executive Director / Director for endorsement and approval by the respective Functional Chief Officers.
- Evaluate Divisional Performance Scorecards on a periodic basis: Divisional Performance Scorecards are evaluated on a monthly basis to assess their respective performance.
- Conduct Data Check exercises for each division to ensure that all data reported in Divisional Monthly Report (DMR) is in adherence with the submitted profile sheets and execution plans through reviewing all supporting documents, plans, calculation sheets, etc. for all indicators results.
- Assure alignment with Nawah Business Plan objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) targets.
- Control the change management processes, mechanisms and/or tools to ensure all Performance Scorecards and KPIs remain current and subject to appropriate governance.
- Control documents that set out and institutionalize an effective, uniform ENEC, Nawah and BOC approach to performance measurement, including the development of effective KPIs, target setting, documentation of KPI definitions, calculation methods and measures to ensure data integrity in reporting.
- Manage formal periodic reviews of business performance and lead or track (as appropriate) implementation of indicated actions arising therefrom.
- Lead initiatives to streamline, facilitate, and/or automate management and reporting of business performance data, including business intelligence solutions.
- Partner with Program Management Office, Human Capital, Audit, ICT, and other supporting functions and vendors (as required) to support business needs.
- Develop & update KPI profile templates (profile sheets) which includes all the parameters and details required to describe a PI. Update the fields in the template providing the rationale for developing each strategic indicator, target, scope of measurement, calculation formula, etc.
Reporting Performance
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Provide necessary updates to PSA Annual & 5-year Plan, and PSA KPIs.
- Ensure the timely coordination, compilation, production and delivery of Performance Scorecards, on a monthly basis, update the Performance Scorecard with the monthly performance, assure capturing the GDARs or Remediation plans for the underperforming KPIs and follow-up on the actions and share a monthly performance progress review to all CNO Central VPs.

Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
5 years of relevant experience
Preferred:
M.B.A., M.S.M or other relevant advanced degree
• Greater than 8 years general/line management, planning & performance management, and/or business information tools and systems
• Experience in the commercial nuclear power sector
• Prior working experience in the Gulf, preferably the UAE
