Job summary

ALOIS Solutions in Dubai invites a Senior Performance Test Engineer to join a challenging 1-year contract. You will drive performance testing, optimization, and strategy across AWS, cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring scalable systems.

You will investigate root causes, implement tuning, and collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, observability, and instrumentation using OpenTelemetry, JProfiler and WebPageTest.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Strong experience in performance strategy and architecture.
• Proven ability to optimize large-scale systems in cloud/hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance testing and engineering initiatives across AWS/cloud/hybrid environments.
• Develop and own performance strategy and reference architectures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and performance tuning to meet SLOs and resilience targets.
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, observability, and instrumentation.
