Allocation Assist Middle East is hiring a Consultant Pediatric Anesthesiologist in Dubai, UAE. This role is crucial for ensuring safe surgical outcomes for pediatric patients across various procedures.

The ideal candidate will lead anesthesia planning and perioperative management, possessing a medical degree, fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology, and 2 to 5 years post-fellowship experience.

Formación

• 2 to 5 years of post-fellowship experience in pediatric anesthesia.
• Strong clinical decision-making and crisis management abilities.
• Experience in pediatric or neonatal critical care settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver anesthesia care for neonates, infants, children, and adolescents.
• Develop individualized anesthetic plans based on clinical history.
• Monitor and manage patients throughout perioperative and recovery phases.
• Supervise and mentor junior anesthetists, residents, and fellows.

Pediatric anesthesia techniques and perioperative care

Advanced patient monitoring systems

Airway management and critical care response

Educación

Medical degree with specialization in Anesthesiology
