Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of post-fellowship experience in pediatric anesthesia.
• Strong clinical decision-making and crisis management abilities.
• Experience in pediatric or neonatal critical care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care for neonates, infants, children, and adolescents.
• Develop individualized anesthetic plans based on clinical history.
• Monitor and manage patients throughout perioperative and recovery phases.
• Supervise and mentor junior anesthetists, residents, and fellows.
