SearchPlus HR Consultancy invites qualified Pathologists to join leading healthcare facilities in the UAE. The role encompasses tissue interpretation, laboratory collaboration, and high-quality diagnostic reporting within multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates hold MBBS or equivalent with postgraduate pathology qualifications. Western credentials are preferred. UAE licensure eligibility and a competitive tax-free package are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
• Postgraduate specialist qualification in Pathology or a subspecialty.
• Western qualifications such as UK CCT or US board are preferred.
• Experience in diagnostic pathology and laboratory medicine.

Aufgaben

• Examine and interpret tissue samples to establish accurate diagnoses.
• Review cytology specimens and other pathological samples.
• Perform or oversee histopathological and other diagnostic investigations.
• Prepare diagnostic reports for treating physicians.
• Provide specialist consultation on complex cases and participate in MDT meetings.
• Ensure QA, safety, and compliance with diagnostic standards.
• Collaborate with lab scientists, oncologists, and surgeons.
• Maintain records and timely reporting of findings.
• Participate in audits and CPD activities.
• Support evidence-based diagnostic protocols.
