SearchPlus HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Pathologist to join a prestigious government healthcare facility in the UAE, Abu Dhabi. You will deliver diagnostic pathology, support clinical teams, and enhance patient care through tissue- and cytology-based diagnosis.

The role requires MBBS/MD and a postgraduate pathology qualification, with strong post-specialization experience and excellent teamwork.

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification.
• Postgraduate qualification in Pathology or equivalent.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
• Strong experience in diagnostic pathology and tissue/cytology interpretation.
• Experience in surgical pathology and subspecialty pathology preferred.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient safety, quality, and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret diagnostic pathology examinations.
• Evaluate surgical pathology, biopsy, and cytology specimens.
• Provide accurate and timely pathology reports.
• Support the diagnosis and management of complex medical conditions.
• Work closely with surgeons, oncologists, physicians, and other clinical specialists.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory quality, safety, and accreditation standards.
• Contribute to quality improvement, clinical audits, and professional development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
