Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Partnership Manager to spearhead our efforts in fostering strategic partnerships within the cross-border e-commerce space. This role focuses on building relationships with key stakeholders in the international money transfer ecosystem, enabling seamless money transfer solutions for global e-commerce sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a strategic partnership roadmap tailored to the international money transfer market to reach cross-border e-commerce sellers.
  2. Identify, engage, and onboard partners, including but not limited to Amazon service providers, logistics companies, influencers, and consulting services.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-border e-commerce businesses, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  4. Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners to optimize mutual value.
  5. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Compliance) to align partnership goals with business objectives.
  6. Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
  7. Monitor partnership performance, report key metrics, and suggest improvements to enhance impact.

What we are looking for:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role, ideally within international money transfer or cross-border e-commerce sectors.
  2. Strong understanding of cross-border e-commerce dynamics and payment solutions is a plus. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  3. Data-driven approach to decision-making, with strong analytical abilities.
  4. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  5. Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
