Job Description

Execute high-quality interior and exterior painting projects from start to finish.

Use spray-painting equipment for efficient and even coverage where required.

Prepare work areas and surfaces: cleaning, sanding, patching, priming, and masking.

Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.

Identify and fix surface imperfections to ensure a smooth final finish.

Lead or assist in supervising junior painters and uphold safety and quality standards.

Communicate with clients and project managers to align on expectations.

Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness.

Follow all health and safety regulations on site.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in residential or commercial painting, including spray-painting work.

Skills: Strong command of surface preparation, paint types, application techniques, and finish quality.

Language: English Required for the Job, at least to engage with clients and supervisors.

Attention to Detail: Consistently produces clean lines, even coats, and professional finishes.

Work Ethic: Reliable, respectful, and takes pride in delivering great results.

Physical Requirements: Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or scaffolding.

Extras: A valid driver’s license and personal transport are a plus.
