Job Description


We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Paid Ad Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and is passionate about driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
• Create compelling ad copy, engaging visuals, and effective landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
Qualifications
• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience & proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
