Senior Package Workflow Lead - MPS PF Projects

Job summary

Brunel, on behalf of its client based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an experienced MPS PF Package Workflow Specialist (PWS) to join the team on a contract basis.

You will lead end-to-end package management for MPS PF projects, coordinate with supplier and OPF stakeholders, ensure document control, record VOR/PO changes, and support the MOC and inspection-related activities to keep the project on schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years sourcing, planning or project execution experience.
• Experience in Production Facilities / EPC projects.
• Engineering knowledge in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
• Experience in project planning or execution procedures.
• Experience in supplier reviews and maintaining relationships.
• Optional expediting or audit inspection experience.
• Optional SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end post-award management of packages and related documentation.
• Coordinate communication between supplier and OPF functions; prepare kickoff documentation.
• Follow up on Document Control procedures and documentation flow with internal/external stakeholders.
• Record and monitor VORs and PO changes/updates using required tools/sites.
• Maintain documentation for supplier performance and KPIs.
• Support MOC process for the package based on engineering inputs.
• Manage Good Receipt, quarantine, and returns documentation for POs.
• Support VIM cases and payment disputes with stakeholders.
• Manage supplier warranty claims and re-charges notifications.
• Review and monitor delivery schedule integration into the project schedule.
• Assist with inspection/TPI documentation with PWM, Quality Engineers and QC Engineers.
• Gather and pass shipment documentation to PWM and logistics.
• Communicate deviations, deficiencies or warranty claims to PWM.
