Job summary

Brunel is assisting a client in Abu Dhabi to recruit a Project Supply Lead for a contract role. The PSL will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.

The role involves managing Sourcing, P2P and Logistics teams, providing end-to-end visibility, and coordinating with project planning and FEL activities to ensure timely ordering and delivery. Experience in oil and gas projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project supply or related roles.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End management of supply chain activities for the delivery of an assigned PF project in line with the project timeline, budgets and technical/quality requirement.
• Management responsibilities of the MWM's, Sourcing Specialists, P2P and Logistics specialists on a project
• Provide visibility for end-to-end supply deliverables and remove hand-off gaps between various supply functions.
• Participate in project planning or front-end loading (FEL) activities to understand plans, to communicate.
• Priorities to supply functions and to ensure that orders for products and services are captured by respective parties.
• Plan resources and manage the end to end order management process.
• Ensure all aspects of the project supply chain activities are in line with the Company P&S procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End management of supply chain activities for the delivery of an assigned PF project in line with the project timeline, budgets and technical/quality requirement.
• Management responsibilities of the MWM's, Sourcing Specialists, P2P and Logistics specialists on a project

Sourcing/Procurement Phase:

• Monitor the overall fulfillment plan, service delivery, and supply cost KPIs for assigned scope
• Align supplier delivery with project schedule
• Monitor and report to the project manager and project controller committed PO values at project and WBS level
• Recommend supplier selection to Project Manager and negotiate the final PO award (PF-P-07-01-008)
• Communicate and set project expectations of current order on delivery status and lead times
• Provide point of escalation to project management (late approvals, cancelled POs); contribute to

Execution/Delivery Phase:

• Monitor open POs and provide visibility on deliveries from material requests to GR.
• Responsible for the consolidation of the Project Procurement Progress and Progress Reporting (PF-P-01-01-010).
• Monitor the consistency of required delivery dates (RDD) of critical POs.
• Alert project team on any deviation in delivery.
• Liaise with all parties involved to secure the appropriate solution for projected late deliveries.
• Engage with local SSO team to request support and/or to hand over operational tasks.
• PLG Project Gate (Gate F (owner), all Execution Gates activities/deliverables).

• >>10 years experience.
• Examples: Materials Workflow Manager, Sourcing Manager, Production Manager.
• Control of project spent vs. tender CBU budget.
• Tracking and mitigation of supplier VO's to/from the Company.
• Product quality, to improve service level.
• On time delivery, as per the project execution plan.
• PMO Project specific KPIs.
