Job summary

Brunel is seeking an experienced OPF Project Contract Specialist for a contract role in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The incumbent will drive contract execution, risk assessment, and negotiation for supplier contracts across production facilities and EPCC projects.

The role requires strong collaboration with Contracts, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliance, manage variances, and finalize agreements for signature.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of contracts management or project execution experience.
• Experience in production facility/EPCC projects preferred.
• Civil engineering background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and contract obligations.
• Review and assess liabilities in subcontracts and supplier contracts to identify risks.
• Lead supplier contract negotiations and back-to-back flow-downs.
• Draft, revise, negotiate, and approve global/strategic supplier contracts.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Legal, Finance, HSE, Sourcing, Procurement, and Operations to address risks.
