Job summary

Help AG is seeking an OT Senior Security Engineer to support, administer, and maintain OT cybersecurity systems and controls within the OT/ICS environment in line with policies and guidelines. This role focuses on securing OT and OT‑IT integration infrastructure and the energy sector's needs.

You will work across OT/ICS networks, perform system administration of cyber defence tools, manage access, and monitor threats to ensure production continuity and safety of OT/ICS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (IT), Computer engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years in IT Security with minimum 3 years in OT/ICS security administration and engineering.
• Exposure to OT/ICS tech across SCADA/DCS, industrial control networks, and energy sector security.
• Knowledge of risk management, ITIL, and network security concepts.
• Vendor-neutral security certifications (e.g., GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, administration, and maintenance of OT/ICS cybersecurity systems for performance and availability.
• Manage asset inventory and appropriate access to OT/ICS security resources.
• Administer OT/ICS tools, perform installation, configuration, backup, and restoration per procedures.
• Monitor threats with defence tools and coordinate remedial actions to protect OT networks.
• Collaborate with OT custodians to apply security baselines and ensure production continuity.
