Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a Senior Manager – Talent & Organisation Performance to shape enterprise-wide people frameworks spanning Performance Management, Organisation Development and Talent Management. This role emphasizes building from the ground up and translating business strategy into scalable people practices.

You will design the Performance Management framework, develop an organizational Balanced Scorecard, and lead job architecture and benchmarking in a multi-business

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of Talent Management, Organisation Development, HR strategy or people transformation.
• Experience in CoEs, consulting, or complex enterprise settings.
• Proven track record of building frameworks from the ground up.
• Hands-on with Performance Management, succession and Job Architecture/evaluation.
• Experience developing organizational Balanced Scorecards across multiple areas.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the Performance Management framework, including objectives, ratings, calibration, governance and reporting.
• Develop an Organizational Balanced Scorecard translating strategy into measurable objectives.
• Build and evolve Job Architecture with job families, levels, and governance.
• Lead job evaluation and benchmarking with external methodologies where appropriate.
• Establish frameworks for critical roles, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Translate talent decisions into development, mobility, retention and workforce actions.
• Lead people transformation initiatives from design through adoption.
• Leverage people analytics, AI and automation to strengthen decision-making.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation on complex topics.
