Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is recruiting an experienced Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon for a leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on advanced surgical care of the mouth, jaws, face, and neck, including trauma, orthognathic procedures, and reconstructive surgeries, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with Western qualifications.
• 3–5 years of post-board/CCT experience as a consultant.
• Experience in facial trauma, reconstructive surgery, orthognathic surgery, and dental implants.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of oral, maxillofacial, and facial conditions requiring surgical intervention.
• Perform advanced oral and maxillofacial procedures including facial trauma, orthognathic, reconstructive, and implant surgery.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with dentists, orthodontists, ENT specialists, oncologists, plastic surgeons, and other teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engage in quality improvement, clinical research, and continuous medical education with proper documentation.
