Job summary

SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon for a leading UAE healthcare provider. The candidate should hold American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another Western qualification.

The role involves performing complex oral and maxillofacial procedures, managing facial trauma, orthognathic and reconstructive surgery, and delivering patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• American Board Certification or UK CCT recognized Western qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years post-board/CCT experience as a Consultant.
• Extensive experience in facial trauma, reconstructive and orthognathic surgery.
• Strong surgical and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of oral, maxillofacial, and facial conditions requiring surgical intervention.
• Perform advanced oral and maxillofacial procedures, including facial trauma surgery, orthognathic surgery, reconstructive surgery, dental implant surgery, and treatment of oral pathology.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide comprehensive pre-operative, operative, and post-operative patient care.
• Collaborate with dentists, orthodontists, ENT specialists, oncologists, plastic surgeons, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research, and continuous medical education while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Commitment to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
