Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy in the UAE is seeking a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with a Western credential to join a leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi. The role offers advanced surgical facilities, a collaborative team, and an attractive compensation package.

You will perform complex OMFS procedures, manage facial trauma, orthognathic and reconstructive surgeries, and work with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver evidence-based patient care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with Western qualification.
• 3–5 years of post-board/CCT experience as a Consultant OMFS.
• Extensive experience in facial trauma, reconstructive and orthognathic surgery.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of oral, maxillofacial, and facial conditions requiring surgical intervention.
• Perform advanced OMFS procedures including facial trauma, orthognathic and reconstructive surgery, dental implants; manage pathology.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide comprehensive perioperative patient care.
• Collaborate with dentists, ENT specialists, oncologists, plastic surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes.
