Job summary

3i Infotech is seeking an experienced Oracle SQL/PLSQL Developer in Abu Dhabi to lead enterprise database development and mission-critical application support. You will design, optimize, and maintain robust database components, collaborating with engineering, analytics, and infrastructure teams to translate complex business logic into scalable database objects.

The role requires 6+ years of Oracle experience, strong performance tuning skills, and on-site availability in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Oracle SQL/PLSQL database development and design.
• Proven track record supporting and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications in high-availability environments.
• Advanced Oracle performance tuning and query optimization techniques.
• Experience with Linux (RHEL/Oracle Linux) or Windows Server environments.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
• Willing to relocate/work onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle SQL/PL/SQL database objects for enterprise platforms.
• Perform advanced SQL optimization, index tuning, and performance profiling to reduce latency.
• Architect relational database models and partition strategies for scalable systems.
• Provide Tier-3 production DB support, RCA, and bug fixing for high-volume apps.
• Manage space allocation, archiving, and capacity planning across production instances.
• Handle data migrations, bulk loading, and ETL processing workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure code reviews and remediation.
• Draft comprehensive documentation, data dictionaries, and disaster recovery procedures.
