Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Senior ORA Engineer (LOM, Digitalization, Process & Procedures) for the ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on Operational Readiness, digitalization initiatives, and development of procedures for major capital projects.

You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient handover from project execution to operations, with emphasis on data quality, AIM, and KPI reporting. UAE-based opportunity with professional development support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant experience in Operational Readiness for large projects.
• Strong digitalization and data management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Readiness strategy and execution for major projects.
• Drive digital transformation and data tooling improvements.
• Develop SOPs, procedures, and handover documentation.
• Coordinate O&M readiness activities and handover dossiers.
