Job summary
Wood is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Readiness Engineer (LOM, Digitalization, Process & Procedures) for the ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi. Based at the client office in Abu Dhabi, the role focuses on leading operational readiness, digitalization initiatives, and the development of processes and procedures for major capital projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's degree advantageous.
- Minimum 15 years in oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, or industrial projects.
- Minimum 5 years in Operational Readiness within PMC/EPC environments.
- Experience with digital transformation and operational excellence programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead Operational Readiness strategy and execution plans.
- Coordinate OR activities across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed before handover.
- Develop SOPs, manuals, and emergency procedures.
- Support O&M readiness and maintenance planning.
- Coordinate training and competency matrices for operations personnel.
