Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in coil coating or continuous process industry.
• Experience in operating CCL coating independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CCL coating line parameters.
• Ensure correct paint preparation and viscosity control.
• Coordinate with QC for quality checks.
• Troubleshoot coating defects.
• Guide junior operators during shift operations.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety procedures.
• Record production data and process parameters.
• Support line changeovers and new product development.
• Minimize material wastage.

Skills

Strong knowledge of coil coating process and paint systems

Ability to analyze defects

Good troubleshooting and decision-making skills

Basic knowledge of safety systems
