Senior Operations Performance Analyst

Purpose of the Job

The Senior Operations Performance Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. This position involves analyzing complex data sets, developing performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to optimize processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement within the supply chain.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer escalations and issues by coordinating with internal departments and teams.
• Monitor assigned projects via reports and dashboards.
• Review operational performance KPI and conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with internal departments and external customers.
• Prepare professional business presentations.
• Utilize complex Excel/Smartsheet functions and Power BI for data analysis.
• Develop SOPs for the logistics team and special projects following company standards.
• Conduct audits for the logistics team and special projects to ensure compliance with contracts and business agreements.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using the As Is - To Be model.
• Review, propose solutions, and improve service quality issues.
• Write simple/complex SQL queries for data reporting.
• Analyze manual tasks that consume time and develop scripts to automate.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Operation Performance Manager within the job scope.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in supply chain operations, analytics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and statistical analysis software.
