Role Purpose

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will lead the development of Le Clos retail business, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and brand growth. You will shape the Le Clos luxury experience both in-store and online, driving the success of our prestige and global PR events while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and inspire a world-class team across multiple sites, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring operational efficiency 24 / 7.
• Drive sales growth and profitability by enhancing luxury experiences, optimizing store layouts, and implementing impactful merchandising strategies.
• Craft and execute innovative strategies to elevate Le Clos’ global brand presence, engaging with international customers through digital and in-store platforms.
• Collaborate with private clients, premium suppliers and partners to deliver exclusive products and unforgettable luxury experiences to our VVIP clientele.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years in managing large multinational teams, with multi-site retail experience.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience working with high-net-worth luxury customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Flexibility for day / night shifts, with occasional event or business travel.

Preferred Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• Retail experience in wine and luxury spirits.
