Speedo Swim Squads in Dubai is seeking a Senior Operations Manager.

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Club Director and Management to deliver a high-quality swimming program across more than 14 venues with a dedicated coaching and teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Planning and Implementation : Lead planning, scheduling, and implementation activities, overseeing swim programs, camps, venue / staff timetables, bookings, marketing, and promotions.
  • Class Timetabling and Staff Scheduling : Develop and manage class timetables and staff rosters, focusing on revenue and KPIs such as instruction quality and swimmer progression.
  • Systems and Software Management : Maintain and update systems and software, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Policies and Procedures : Develop and review SOPs, ensuring staff compliance and understanding.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Support : Collaborate with stakeholders including schools and venue partners.
  • Staff Communication : Distribute schedules and updates, ensuring staff preparedness.
  • Training and Certification Oversight : Organize training programs and mentor staff for high standards.
  • Program Delivery : Lead learn-to-swim and partner school programs, promoting continuous swimmer improvement.
  • Event and Gala Management : Coordinate swim events and galas, overseeing logistics and staffing.
  • Staff Recruitment and Expansion : Build and maintain a pool of qualified part-time staff.
  • Staff Briefings and Performance Reviews : Conduct team meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Facility Coordination : Coordinate with venue teams to uphold standards and address issues.
  • Reporting and Quality Assurance : Complete reports and maintain quality standards.
  • Customer Service and Engagement : Foster positive relationships with students and parents, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Professional Presentation : Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
