Senior Operations Manager

Located in mainland Dubai, eXpace is dedicated to creating a smarter and more efficient city. Our groundbreaking parking experience is launching in Dubai in May 2025.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Operations Manager at eXpace. Probation of 3 months. Upon success this candidate is to take on the COO role (No 2 role in business operations). The role involves managing day-to-day operations, managing teams, designing and implementing optimal business processes (transforming startup chaos into manageable order), supporting business development and sales team efforts, coordinating and aligning all stakeholders in product category and geographical expansion, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the parking experience platform.

• Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (ideally, but not a must)
• Sharing the company vision
• Understanding and embodiment of startup culture and attitudes
• Careful planning and robotic execution skills
• High EQ
• Work in a growing dynamic team on the ambitious product
