Lead and manage the daily operational processes for the UAE business, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across all core business operations.

Lead and develop a team of real estate and operations specialists, ensuring clarity of roles, high performance, and continuous growth.

Identify and implement improvements to operational and asset management processes, leveraging technology and operational best practices to scale efficiently.

Oversee financial operations related to properties, including payables, receivables, monthly dividend distributions to investors, and forecasting.

Administer and optimize Stake's databases, including the ERP for property management, ensuring data integrity, automation, and process efficiency.

Asset management:

• Monitor and track the performance of Stake's UAE property portfolio, coordinating with the Property Management team to address underperformance, tenant issues, and operational challenges.
• Provide stakeholders with clear visibility into asset performance through dashboards, reports, and insights.
• Manage investor communications related to property updates, tenancy status, maintenance, and exceptional circumstances.

Other responsibilities:

• Provide strategic input on key issues and lead cross-functional projects.
• Support new business initiatives and product lines as the company grows and enters new markets.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders.
