What you'll do:

Join a team of some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people. As a Senior Manager, you will oversee and optimize end-to-end workforce supply operations. Your responsibilities include designing strategic workforce plans, driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and strengthening client relationships.

• Operational Leadership: Manage manpower supply operations, including recruitment, deployment, workforce planning, and compliance.
• Business Expansion: Develop strategies to enter new markets and improve service offerings.
• Performance Management: Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds KPIs and SLAs through regular analysis and reporting.
• Cost Optimization: Implement cost-effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Create scalable solutions to streamline operations and workforce management.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and reports to optimize manpower and service levels.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to labor laws, policies, and industry standards to ensure a safe, compliant workplace.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

What you'll need:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• 6-8 years of experience in manpower supply, workforce management, or logistics.
• Strong background in business development, operations, and client management.
• Proven skills in strategic planning, cost management, and process improvement.
• Leadership experience managing large teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, analytics tools, and workforce management software.
