Job description

Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Location: KEZAD, Abu Dhabi

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring efficient execution, consistency, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Translate corporate goals into detailed operational plans, setting measurable KPIs, timelines, and accountability structures.
  • Coordinate activities between functional areas (e.g., sales, finance, HR, logistics), proactively identifying and resolving inefficiencies or conflicts.
  • Implement and manage scalable systems, workflows, and processes that support growth, improve productivity, and reduce redundancy.
  • Act as the primary liaison for resolving operational challenges involving external vendors, government agencies, and service providers, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Monitor compliance with all internal policies, external regulations, and contractual obligations to mitigate risk and uphold standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders to support business operations, negotiations, and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and ensure alignment between financial planning and operational execution.
  • Provide data-driven insights and risk assessments to support executive decision-making and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Coordination with Production department to ensure consistent quality control.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts by driving innovation, improving operational processes, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture across teams.

Qualifications:

  • MBA from a recognized institution (required).
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and interpreting financial reports and experience in HR management.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry (required) experience in chemicals manufacturing industry (preferred)
  • 10+ years’ experience in operations leadership, preferably in multi-division or multi-agency environments.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive operational improvements.

High level of english proficiency (required)
