Tabby is seeking a proactive professional to support the business continuity and operational resilience programme for its UAE entities. You will work with first-line owners to understand critical services, recovery objectives and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in business continuity or resilience within financial services or FinTech.
• Practical knowledge of business continuity concepts: BIA, recovery objectives, testing.
• Awareness of regulatory expectations for operational resilience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills for workshops and interviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the business continuity and resilience programme across UAE entities.
• Run the business impact analysis cycle with departments and consolidate critical impacts.
• Identify critical operations and set impact tolerances with senior management.
• Develop and maintain continuity and recovery plans, dependency maps and playbooks.
• Coordinate testing, tabletop exercises and document outcomes and actions.
• Support policy maintenance, standards and methodologies for resilience.
• Contribute to resilience reporting for management, risk committees and regulator.
• Assist third-party and technology dependency work affecting critical operations.
• Provide practical support on analyses, objectives, and remediation actions.
• Act as contact for internal audit and regulatory reviews related to resilience.
• Support ERM governance, including GRC tooling and audit-ready evidence.
