Job summary

Tabby is seeking a resilient risk professional to support and independently deliver business continuity initiatives across its UAE entities, aligning with CB UAE expectations and the Group risk framework.

You will map critical operations, set impact tolerances, and develop recovery plans, dependency maps, and crisis playbooks, while coordinating exercises and reporting to senior management and regulators.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in business continuity, resilience, or risk in financial services.
• Knowledge of business impact analysis, recovery objectives, and testing.
• Familiarity with CBUAE requirements or equivalent regulatory regimes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement; capable of workshops with department heads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of business continuity and resilience programmes across UAE entities.
• Run business impact analysis cycles with departments to identify critical functions.
• Define impact tolerances with first-line owners and senior management.
• Develop and maintain continuity and recovery plans.
• Coordinate testing programs including tabletop exercises.
• Maintain resilience policies and methodologies.
• Prepare resilience reporting for senior management and regulator.
• Support third-party and technology dependency assessments.
• Assist first-line owners with recovery objectives and remediation actions.
• Act as point of contact for internal audit and regulatory reviews.
• Support governance and tooling, including documentation and audit-ready evidence.
