Job summary

Tabby in the UAE is seeking a Senior Enterprise Risk Analyst (Business Continuity Management) to support and deliver key elements of the BC/OR programme across Tabby's UAE entities, aligning with CB UAE expectations and group risk framework.

You will work with first-line owners to identify critical operations, develop recovery plans and test exercises, and contribute to regulator-facing resilience reports.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in business continuity, operational resilience, or related role in financial services.
• Experience with business impact analysis, recovery objectives, and testing.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations for operational resilience (CBUAE or equivalent).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to run workshops.

Responsibilities

• Support the business continuity and resilience programme across UAE entities per CBUAE expectations.
• Conduct business impact analysis with departments to identify critical processes and tolerance levels.
• Develop and maintain continuity and recovery plans and crisis playbooks.
• Coordinate testing programs including tabletop exercises and document outcomes.
• Contribute to resilience reporting for senior management and regulators.
• Support governance, documentation, and audit-ready evidence.
